Inside today you can explore two stories of original exposed brick, re-purposed timber and brass finishes, and an impressive collection of recovered decor throughout.     BELLS RAPIDS

    You will also be excited to know that the old Avon Ridge Estate Sales Office has been removed to make way for the new Bells Rapids Lookout that is soon to be constructed. The Lookout will be located on Campersic Road (on the way up to Avon Ridge estate). This stunning location will provide views over Avon Valley and will extend out all the way out to the Indian Ocean. From this local vantage point you will experience stunning vistas and be able to take in the soothing sounds of rushing waters of Bells Rapids on the Swan River.     We are excited to announce the City of Swan's Bridgadoon Playspace, located within Avon Ridge at the top of Connemara Drive, is due to commence construction late 2024. This naturally inspired play space has been designed with community engagement and consultation. Accordingly, this space is set become yet another well-designed, community inspired, functional feature of the Estate.
